TURKISH COFFEE MILK CONSERVE

Ingredients:

  • 1 lt. milk
  • 20 gr. Turkish coffee
  • 375 gr. sugar

Preparation:

Bring the milk and sugar to a boil. Keep on a very low flame, stirring and shaking the pan frequently, until it assumes a caramel color, approximately 1.5 hours.  When the milk thickens, stir while sprinkling the coffee into it through a small sieve. Remove from the stove and pour into canning jars.
