TURKISH COFFEE DESSERT

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr. butter
  • 90 gr. white chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 90 gr. sugar
  • 75 gr. flour
  • 1 tsp. Turkish coffee

Preparation:

Whip with a mixer the egg and sugar until it foams. Add the melted butter and chocolate. Stir a little. Combine the coffee and flour and add. Mix well. Pour into greased cups and bake 8 minutes in a 200o C oven. Serve hot with ice cream.
