TURKISH COFFEE BISCOTTI WITH DULCHE DE LECHE DIP

Biscotti

Ingredients:

  • 50 gr. flour
  • 10 gr. sugar
  • 2 gr. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 10 gr. sliced almonds
  • 3 gr. Turkish coffee
  • 4 ml water

Preparation:

  • Mix together all ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
  • Form it into a block shape and place in a 180o C oven for 20 min. Allow to cool.
  • After it is cooled slice thinly and place slices into oven until dry.  

Dulche de leche Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. milk
  • 150 sugar
  • 1 gr. soda

Preparation:

  • Put all ingredients in a pan and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. This takes approximately 1 hour. Serve with the biscotti slices.
