MINTED PEARS WITH TURKISH COFFEE CREAM MOUSSE

Ingredients:

  • 4 santamaria pears
  • 400 gr. sugar
  • 200 gr. mint liqueur
  • 4 stalks fresh mint

Preparation:

Carefully peel and core the pears. Place whole pears a deep pot of water and add mint liqueur and sugar. Cook 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and garnish with mint leaves
