COFFEE CREAM MOUSSE

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • 150 gr. whipped cream
  • 150 gr. white chocolate
  • 1 tsp. Turkish coffee

Preparation:

Whip the eggs and sugar until mixture foams. Add the coffee and melted chocolate and mix. Add the whipped cream and mix well. Place in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Place on serving plate and shape with a tablespoon. Sprinkle a little Turkish coffee powder over it.
