14.00    Beginning at 14.00, honorable guests attending the opening ceremony of the Sait Halim Pasha Mansion exhibition and boutique fair spaces will enjoy complimentary coffee and delicacies.

14:30-15:00       Speech: “From the Desert to the Palace: Story of the Turkish Cuisine”

15:00 – 18.00    Complimentary open buffet for our guests in the Selamlık Room on the theme, “The Ottoman Palace Kitchen from the 15th to the 20th Century”, including a bar serving fresh-ground Turkish coffee, surprise shopping opportunities in our exhibition / boutique area and a big chance drawing for a number of high-quality brand items.

He has worked as a hotelier and restaurateur in Europe and America. He has managed hotels in Turkey. In 1991, in partnership with the late Türul Şavkay, he was founder of a consulting firm specializing in food and drink in our country and consulted on over 160 business investments and operations. Osman Serim is affiliated with a number of foreign and domestic gastronomy magazines. He is among the founders of institutions in Turkey that teach professional cookery and management.
